The Rollin' Rooster is a licensed Mobile Commercial Caterer started in Rutland, Vermont.  We specialize in making delicious fried chicken and offer a full range of culinary options for catering.  A passion for cooking and years spent working as a culinary instructor led to the creation of The Rollin' Rooster.  Nicole and Scott followed their dream of owning a restaurant by purchasing their first mobile commercial kitchen in 2019, a second in 2020 and a third trailer in 2021.

Nicole worked full time as an art teacher until leaving public education to follow her dream of running her own business. She paints portraits of chickens and has designed all of the art work for The Rollin' Rooster trailers. You can visit their food trailers throughout the Rutland area at various pop-ups and at Killington Ski Resort. They also own brick and mortar locations in Pittsford, Killington and Poultney, Vermont called The Cluckin' Cafe. 

Both Nicole & Scott work tirelessly with their staff to make every event cluck-tacular!
